The terms and conditions below govern the use of this site and your use and/or placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these conditions.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Rodney Densem Wines Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Any contract entered into by way of goods ordered and purchased shall be between yourself and Rodney Densem Wines Ltd. PAGE IT-Architechs Limited (the site developer) shall not be held liable for the formation of a contract between the customer and Rodney Densem Wines Ltd by the nature of the content of this website.
Payment and Supply of Age Related Goods
Unless otherwise agreed beforehand with Rodney Densem Wines Ltd, payment for orders on this website via the checkout process will be made using the facilities provide by PayPal. No credit or debit card information is held by Rodney Densems Wines Ltd in respect of purchases made on this website. Goods will not be despatched for an order placed on this website unless prior notification of a verified payment has been received by Rodney Densem Wines Ltd from PayPal. Rodney Densem Wines Ltd reserves the right to contact the purchaser of the goods following placement of the order and prior to shipment to verify the age of the purchaser in relation to the Licensing Act 2003. In the case of payment for applicable goods to be collected from the shop, verification of age will of course be required. (An individual aged under 18 commits an offence if they purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol. An individual of any age commits an offence if they purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol on behalf of an individual under the age of 18.) In the event that sufficient evidence of the age of the purchaser is not provided, or that it is suspected that an attempt is being made to obtain alcohol on behalf of an individual under the age of 18, the goods shall not be supplied.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Rodney Densem Wines shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Rodney Densem Wines shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Rodney Densem Wines shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
